After training all applicants are required to take the certification exams through the Pearson Vue company. Testing will include a skills exam and a multiple choice or oral exam. To be accepted for testing the applicant will need to have a government issues picture I.D, immunization record, fingerprint card, class transcript, and have previously passed a physical exam. There is also a examination fee that must be paid to Pearson VUE.
