To be a nursing assistant in the state of Minnesota, you must first meet all their requirements. You are required to finish a state-approved nursing assistant course with a minimum set of hours that are spent on lectures and clinical experience. Once done, you may apply for the state exams to get your license.

If you get hired by a healthcare facility as a nursing assistant, you will immediately need to find yourself a CNA training program that is approved by the state. You will need to complete your training as well as pass the competency license exams within 4 months.  All you need to do it complete a program is to meet the required training of 75 hours.
