To work at a long-term care facility as a nursing assistant in the state of Montana, one should first be able get a certification. Getting a nursing assistant certification in Montana, you would have to undergo and finish a state-approved CNA training program first.
You should also be able to pass the state and federal background check as well as the mandatory physical exams. After finishing the course, you need to pass both the written and skills test in order to gain the nursing assistant certification.
